Good News to Ice Cream Lovers! The Institute of International Culinary & Hospitality Entrepreneurship (ICHEF), the newest school with the latest and world-class culinary facility in Davao, launched its Italian Ice Cream Maker equipment last January 15, 2010 at its 6-storey campus located at De Jesus St., Davao City. The school invited Germany’s top pastry chef- Chef Juergen Bertelsen (top photo) to share his expertise in creating sweet softies. ICHEF’s Chair, Joji Ilagan Bian (middle) plans to introduce an affordable ice cream franchise business scheme soon. Bian who is running for a congressional seat in the 2^nd District of Davao under the Team Nograles is a recognized business leader who holds a track record in promoting economic investments in Mindanao.
