Seventeen (17) aspiring chefs enrolled in the TAFE Grand Diploma in Hospitality – Certificate III Commercial Cookery Program will showcase their culinary prowess through a service function that is open to the public from March 17 up to April 15, 2011 for Lunch, Snacks and Dinner.
This event aims to enhance not only the students’ skills at the back of the kitchen but also their ability to take serious responsibilities as if they are running their own restaurant. TAFE Chef Trainer/Class Adviser Chef RJ Custodio tagged this event as “The Dinner Table” wherein the Batch 3 of TAFE – Section SAGE prepares delectable dishes with a wide variety of Appetizers, Salad, Soup, Main Course, Sandwiches, Pasta and Dessert for the craving guests at a very competitive price.
“We want our student chefs to experience how it is like to work in the real kitchen. Our facilities at ICHEF have industry-based equipment where they learn how to operate as well as manage a restaurant.” says Joji Ilagan Bian, Chairperson of JIB Group of Companies.
