Bringing the good news to all Kagay-anons who are interested to become world-class culinary arts professionals, the Institute of International Culinary and Hospitality Entrepreneurship (ICHEF) team went to Cagayan de Oro City in time for the celebration of the Kumbira Festival on 18-20 August 2010. ICHEF aims to provide the best training through its modern, industry-standard facility with intensive hands-on practice guided by the Master Chefs.
