Philippine Culinay Cup

 

ICHEF(Institute of International Culinary and Hospitality Entrepreneurship)-Davao City and JojiIlagan International School for Hotel and Tourism Management-General Santos City sent 50 students as delegates and participants to the country’s biggest and most effective food show, the Philippine Culinary Cup (PCC) 2013 last July 31-August 3, 2013 at the SMX Convention and World Trade Center, Pasay City, Philippines.  They participated on the following events: Dress a Cake, Plated Dessert and Fantasy Dessert, Young chefs and Pasta.

All the efforts given by the instructors and the participants brought forth fruit; a silver medal on the Pasta competition in the person of Vergara Miramar, an Associate, 2^nd year ICHEF student.
